You are a known star in the Nigerian movie industry, why did you suddenly quit acting?
A point of correction, I did not quit and will never quit. Nollywood remains part of me and I will always belong to Nollywood. I only stepped aside to experience the world of politics. I still belong to the entertainment industry.

Signing deals with foreign record labels seems to be the in thing in African entertainment industry. Some time ago news filtered through to the media that Ghana’s finest rapper, Michael Owusu Addo aka Sarkodie had been signed unto Konvict Music Record.
However, the Senegalese-born international music star, Akon has debunked the news stating that his record label, Konvict Music never signed Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie. Akon said there was no such deal.
